End of Lease Treatment


End of Lease Treatments consist of our technician treating your roof void, subfloor “if applicable” all external walls, all lawn and garden areas, shedding, all carpet areas, skirtings and cracks/crevices. And any other areas deemed necessary and safe by our technician on the day of treatment.

This treatment includes a 3 month After Care Program. This means the real estate are covered for our technicians to re-attend your property within this timeframe for any issues. After your initial treatment, it can take up to 30 days to gain full control of the population onsite

About Fleas

Fleas can be a really big problem in homes, especially where there are pets in the home. They not only cause issues for our pets but can also cause bites/rashes on people. Homes with pets or with an infestation of pests like rodents (rats & mice), stray cats or possums often find themselves with a flea infestation.

My pets dont have fleas, why do I need to do this treatment?

If you have pets onsite, even if they lived outside, most tenant agreements include an End of Lease Treatment. This is to give not only the tenant but the landlord piece of mind that if there are any fleas onsite, they have been treated.

What to do before End of Lease Treatments?

To ensure your End of Lease treatment is as effective as possible we recommend completing the following tasks before the treatment:

  • The home is completely vacant with no personal possessions/ furniture in the home
  • Your home has had carpet steam cleaning ad the full vacate clean completed before our - technicians attend the property
  • All lawn areas need to be well maintained and low to allow the chemical to penetrate - the soil below
  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed prior to and during treatment and until the - chemical has dried. Approx. 1-2 hours.
  • That arrangements have been made to vacate the premises after our technicians arrival - for a minimum of 4 hours
  • That our technicians are aware of any ponds or pets at the property.
  • All shedding and garage areas that you would like treated are unlocked and access is - available for our technician.
